Clinical entity
The consent must identify the professional medical entity and licensed clinician responsible for care. evolved+ will not substitute platform terms for clinician-specific informed consent.
Status
Clinical intake and treatment will not be activated until the appropriate consent language is approved and integrated with the selected compliant clinical infrastructure.
